የይፋዊው ስታቲስቲክስ ደንቦች
- የሚቆጠረው የተገመገመና የጸደቀ መረጃ ብቻ ነው፤ የቀረቡ፣ ግምገማ በመጠባበቅ ላይ ያሉና በማሽን የተገኙ ግቤቶች ፈጽሞ የይፋዊ ቁጥር አካል አይደሉም።
- እያንዳንዱ ይፋዊ ቁጥር የሚቆጥረው የተገመገሙና የጸደቁ፣ ማስረጃቸውም በቂ ጥንካሬ ያላቸውን ግቤቶች ብቻ ነው፤ ለምሳሌ የአንድ የመረጃ ስብስብ የተገመገመ ግቤት፣ ወይም አስተዋጽዖ አበርካቹ ዋስትና የሚሰጥበት ሪፖርት።
- ምርጥ 100 ቁጥሮች የሚቆጥሩት ቁጥርን የሚጠቅሱ ጥቅሶችን ብቻ ነው። ዋናው አሃዝና የመጽሐፍና የምዕራፍ ገበታዎች ለሙሉ ምዕራፍ የተደረገ ማመላከቻንም ለእያንዳንዱ ቁጥሩ አንድ ጊዜ ይቆጥራሉ።
- ቁጥሮቹ በየ15 ደቂቃው እንደገና ይሰላሉ፤ እያንዳንዱ ቁጥር መቼ እንደተሰላ ይገልጻል፤ የመረጃ ልቀት እስኪቆለፍም ድረስ ጊዜያዊ ሆኖ ይቆያል። እንደዚህ ያለ አንድ ስሌት ዙር ይባላል።
- የውጭ ቆጠራዎች (ለምሳሌ በቁጥር የስብከቶች ብዛት) እና የግጻዌ ድንጋጌዎች በራሳቸው አሃዶች ይለካሉ፤ ፈጽሞ ወደ ዋናው ቁጥር አይደመሩም።

ቴክኒካዊ ዝርዝሮች
- እያንዳንዱ ይፋዊ ቁጥር ይፋዊውን የማካተት መገለጫ ይጠቀማል፣ ከ19 ጥቅምት 2026 ጀምሮ ስሪት 2፦ የማስረጃ ጥራት ደረጃቸው ቢያንስ 3 የሆነ የጸደቁ ግቤቶች (ለምሳሌ የተገመገመ የመረጃ ስብስብ ግቤት፣ ወይም በአስተዋጽዖ አበርካቹ የተረጋገጠ የራስ ሪፖርት)።

እያንዳንዱ ገበታ «ይህ እንዴት እንደተሰላ» በሚል ሳጥን ይጠናቀቃል። ቃላቱና ኮዶቹ እዚህ ተብራርተዋል፤ የቆጠራ ደንቦቹ፣ መለኪያዎቹና መገለጫዎቹ ከታች ይከተላሉ።
- ዙር
- የሁሉም ይፋዊ ቁጥሮች አንድ ስሌት። አዲስ ዙር በየ15 ደቂቃው ይሰላል፤ ቁጥሮቹ የመረጃ ልቀት እስኪቆለፍ ድረስ ጊዜያዊ ናቸው።
- ቅደም ተከተል
- ገበታው የሚከተለው የመጻሕፍት፣ የምዕራፎችና የቁጥሮች ቅደም ተከተል፦ ከቁጥር አሰጣጡ (የቁጥር አሰጣጥ ሥርዓት) ጋር ያለ ቀኖና።
- የማዛመጃ ልቀት
- ጥቅም ላይ የዋለው በቁጥር አሰጣጥ ሥርዓቶች መካከል ያሉ የቁጥር ማዛመጃዎች ሁኔታ። የተለያዩ መጽሐፍ ቅዱሶች ቁጥሮች በእነዚህ ማዛመጃዎች አማካይነት በአንድነት ይቆጠራሉ።

- ምን ያህል የጸደቁ ግቤቶች ከዚህ ገበታ ጋር እንደሚዛመዱና ከስንት ምንጮች እንደመጡ።

- ወደ ቁጥሮች ያልተተረጎሙ ክፍሎች

የቁጥር ሁኔታ
በዚህ ገበታ ውስጥ ያለው የእያንዳንዱ የቁጥር ቦታ ሁኔታ። አጠቃቀም የሌለው ቁጥር ፈጽሞ ዝም ብሎ ዜሮ አይደለም፦ ሁኔታው ምክንያቱን ይገልጻል።
excluded_by_scope- ከተመረጠው መጽሐፍ፣ ምዕራፍ ወይም ክልል ውጭ፣ ወይም በማጣሪያ የተገለለ።
duplicate_placement- አንድ እትም ሁለት ጊዜ የሚያትመው ቁጥር ሁለተኛው ቦታ። ምንም ቆጠራ አያገኝም፤ ስለዚህ ምንም ነገር ሁለት ጊዜ አይቆጠርም።
mapping_missing- ገና ከገለልተኛ የቁጥር አሃድ ጋር ያልተያያዘ የዚህ የቁጥር አሰጣጥ የቁጥር ስያሜ። ጥቅሶቹ እስኪዛመድ ድረስ ሊቆጠሩ አይችሉም።
recorded- ቢያንስ አንድ አጠቃቀም ተመዝግቧል።
unsurveyed- አጠቃቀም የለም፣ ከምንጮቹም አንዳቸውም ይህንን ቁጥር አይሸፍኑም (ለምሳሌ በሌሎች መጻሕፍት የተወሰነ ምንጭ)። ዜሮ አይደለም።
mapping_uncertain- አጠቃቀም የለም፣ የዚህ ቁጥር ከገለልተኛ የቁጥር አሃድ ጋር ያለው ትስስርም እርግጠኛ አይደለም።

የቤተ እምነት ደረጃዎች
ቤተ እምነቶች በአራት ደረጃዎች ይመዘገባሉ (የባለቤቱ ውሳኔዎች T-Q578 የ2026-11-02 እና T-Q625 የ2026-11-03)። ደረጃውን በዚህ ቅደም ተከተል ይወስኑ፦
