Users can publish contributions on LogoStats. For that part the website is a hosting service under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act).

Anyone can report content they consider illegal or against the terms of use with the form: Report content
Decisions and objections
People decide every report, without automated means. If you gave an e-mail address you receive an acknowledgement and the decision. When we hide or remove content or restrict or suspend an account, the person concerned receives a statement of reasons with the facts and the legal or contractual basis. Anyone can object by e-mail; we then review the decision again. The way to the courts is always open. If content suggests a criminal offence that threatens someone's life or safety, we inform the police without delay.
